Voices of Appalachian Women Panel set for tonight

Voices of Appalachian Women

Hear from prominent and influential women across West Virginia and Appalachia at 7 p.m. tonight (Nov. 7) in the Gluck Theatre of the Mountainlair. 

The Voices of Appalachian Women Panel members include: Dr. Lisa Costello, assistant professor in the Department of Pediatrics, School of Medicine; Anne Lofaso, associate dean for faculty research and development, College of Law; Amber McLaughlin, senior director of academic administration, Davis College of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Design and Missy McCollam, coordinator of president’s initiative on community and immersive learning, Davis & Elkins College.

Madison Bowers, a WVU graduate student, will moderate the panel followed by a Q&A session.  

There will also be a special welcome video from U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.).
