Faculty, staff and student workers will see a different screen during the Virtual Private Network authentication process after a system upgrade at 6 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, but the service will work as it does now.
ITS is making this change to enhance the security of the product. The new authentication screen is the same single sign-on screen you see when accessing other secure WVU systems, such as Portal.

This change does not apply to Health Sciences employees, who should refer to HSC resources.
