Student produces video on dangers of fentanyl

Fentanyl Education

The Mountaineer Fentanyl Education Task Force has been working tirelessly to educate the campus community about the dangers of the synthetic opioid fentanyl and resources available to fight back against this deadly drug.

The WVU community is encouraged to take a few minutes and watch “Mountaineers Against Fentanyl: Learn, Act, Share,” produced by Azeem Khan, co-chair of the Mountaineer Fentanyl Education Task Force.

The student task force has also partnered with the Presidential Student Ambassadors and Carolyn Atkins, chief strategic advisor and professor in the Eberly College of Arts and Sciences, to produce a series of more than 30 PSA videos to educate their peers on safety and recovery.

More than 30 WVU students, including student leaders from across campus, serve on the task force.
