Students registering for Spring 2023 courses can still assemble plans in Schedule Builder and send that to the shopping cart as normal, but they will need to complete the process with a few extra clicks in STAR to submit the registration.

During quality assurance testing to prepare for registration, WVU identified a serious error in the registration process that resulted in a high number of failed registration attempts. WVU is working with its vendors to resolve the problem.
If students see errors related to prerequisites, corequisites, etc., while registering, they should contact their academic advisor or department for the necessary override. They may direct other questions to the Office of the University Registrar at 304-293-5355 or registrar@mail.wvu.edu.
Note that courses selected for the coming semester will remain in the Schedule Builder shopping cart even after successfully registering. When students add new courses and create a new plan, they will be overwritten.
