WVU EcoCAR and the Statler College host this year's Truck-or-Treat from noon to 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 30, at the Mountaineer Track, located behind the WVU Coliseum.
Those with WVU units can sign up to participate on this Google Excel sheet.
