WVU Culture and Engagement Survey moved to spring 2023

Woodburn Hall

The WVU Culture and Engagement Survey has been postponed until spring 2023 to accommodate further collaboration with key stakeholders across the University and to ensure a successful survey experience for faculty and staff.

The WVU Culture and Engagement Survey originally was planned to roll out in spring 2022 before it was moved to this fall based on faculty and staff feedback.

The shift will allow the Leadership and Organization Development team to engage with members of our campus community to promote participation in the survey and ensure WVU yields meaningful results from this important initiative.

All benefits-eligible employees were provided a preview of the survey last spring to gather additional feedback on the question set and to provide a sneak peek of the new Dialogue survey platform previously called “Waggl.”

Several adjustments were made to the WVU Culture and Engagement Survey’s design and question set throughout the last year based on responses from faculty and staff captured across more than 30 focus groups.

More information and an updated timeline for the WVU Culture and Engagement Survey will be shared in the coming months. In the meantime, the current question set for the survey is available on the Talent and Culture website.

Faculty and staff who wish to provide feedback on the survey questions should contact the leadership and organization development team at LOD@mail.wvu.edu or 304-293-7217. Employees also may contact their HR Partner.

Colleges, schools and divisions that are interested in using the Dialogue platform for their pulse survey needs should visit the University Relations / Enrollment Management website for more information and complete this request form.
