If you bike on campus and around the Morgantown area, register your bike for free with the WVU Police Department at upcoming on-campus registration events.

Through the Operation ID! program, the department will record important identifying information about your bike. In the event your bike is stolen, officers will use this information to help find your bike and return it once it is recovered.

Students and employees should bring their bike, bike information and personal information on the following Thursdays to register:

  • Lobby of Honors Hall from 1-2 p.m. today (Aug. 25)

  • Lobby of the Evansdale Residential Complex from 4:30-5:30 p.m. today (Aug. 25)

  • Lobby of Seneca Hall from 1-2 p.m. Sept. 1

  • Lobby of WVU Student Recreation Center from 4:30-5:30 p.m. Sept. 1

  • Lobby of Oakland Hall from 4:30-5:30 p.m. Sept. 8

Employees and students may also register their bike online.
