As WVU prepares to welcome students, faculty and staff back to campus, WVU Dining Services has announced the opening of some exciting new offerings, as well as reopening dates for existing dining locations.
New on-campus dining offerings for the fall include:
Blissful Bowl, located in the Mountainlair, will offer vegan and vegetarian bowls packed with whole grains, vegetables and plant proteins. Guests can choose a specialty bowl from the menu or build their own creation.
Einstein Bros. Bagels, located in the newly built Reynolds Hall, will offer freshly baked bagels, sandwiches, coffee and more.
WOW American Eats, located on the fifth floor of Evansdale Crossing, will offer wings, award-winning sauces, burgers, wraps and more. The space is large enough to host catered events, but casual enough to eat and relax with friends.
In addition to these new offerings, WVU Dining Services will be reopening several familiar favorites beginning next week.
All three dining halls (Café Evansdale, Hatfields and Summit Café) and Park Place will reopen Monday, Aug. 8. Dining plans also will become active and ready for use on this date.
Mountainlair food court locations (Blissful Bowl, Chick-fil-A, Grab & Go, Jazzmans, Panda Express and Which Wich) will open Thursday, Aug. 11.
All Evansdale Crossing locations (Grab & Go, Juice Bar, Let’s Go…Tacos! and WOW American Eats) and most coffee shops and convenience stores will reopen on the first day of classes (Wednesday, Aug. 17).
The Market @ Uplace (including Starbucks) will reopen Thursday, Aug. 11.
Some Health Sciences locations (Chick-fil-A, Jazzmans at Cavanaugh’s and Which Wich) were open during the summer and will remain open throughout the fall semester. Burgershop and Hissho Sushi will reopen on Wednesday, Aug. 17.
