To ensure smooth and secure data transfer from iClicker to eCampus, students and instructors using the iClicker mobile app will need to create iClicker Cloud accounts using their WVU Login credentials starting Sunday (Aug. 7).

The service will be intermittently available from 12:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. Saturday (Aug. 6) while the change is being made. This change won’t affect instructors who require students to purchase an iClicker remote. This only affects the cloud service and mobile app.

Using WVU’s single sign-on service eliminates the need to remember an extra password, improves security and should help prevent the most common iClicker problem reported to the ITS Service Desk.

To create an iClicker Cloud account, review this article. When you log in at iClicker.com, choose Instructor, then click on “Sign in through campus portal” on the next screen. You will be prompted to provide information so any previous account you may have used syncs up. If you don’t remember the last iClicker password you used, review this article.

If you have problems, contact the Service Desk at 304-293-4444. Learn more about iClicker options in the IT Help Center at it.wvu.edu/help.
