The ITS Service Desk will begin a new, year-round operating schedule on Sunday (July 10). Hours will be 7:30 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and noon-8 p.m. on weekends. The Service Desk will continue to close on most University holidays.
This schedule improves efficiency, eliminating hours with historically low call volume such as after 8 p.m. on weekdays and on Sunday mornings, when many WVU systems and services are offline for routine maintenance.
During operating hours, call 304-293-4444 for the fastest assistance. To find answers to common problems on your own when the Service Desk is closed, visit the IT Help Center at it.wvu.edu/help. You can also submit a ticket through the Help Center after hours. Tickets and emails submitted during off-hours will be addressed in the order received on the next business day.
