The Shared Services Center is pleased to announce the launch of an updated community web page. Users will notice a more intuitive interface, with simplified search options for the Knowledge Base.

The new community site will also provide smoother navigation to our discussion boards, forms and cases.

Users can now search within sub-categories to find relevant Knowledge Articles, making it easier to find articles relating to a specific subject, while still providing the ability to search the Knowledge Base by utilizing the search bar.

We have also categorized some articles into a “101” category, where you can learn all about the fundamentals of a topic. These 101 articles are designed to provide an introductory overview of a topic for those who may not be familiar and will cover topics that the Service Center is frequently asked about.

An example of a currently published 101 article is our article titled 101: An Introduction to the Termination Process for Supervisors. We will be expanding the offerings of these introductory articles in the coming months. If you have topics that you would like a 101 to cover, please contact us and let us know.

We have one additional user upgrade to the community to announce, which is the option for a user to provide Knowledge Article feedback. Each article you view gives you the option to leave comments that are passed directly to the Shared Services Center for review. This will give us the ability to know exactly what users think of our articles and help us build the Knowledge Base to better serve our customers.

Please take advantage of this new feature and leave feedback for us.
