The West Virginia University Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Multicultural Graduation Celebration ceremony intentionally highlights and honors culture and celebrates diversity. This ceremony is open to WVU students graduating in spring, summer or fall 2022.
The 2022 Celebration will be held Wednesday, April 27, at 6 p.m. in the Gluck Theatre of the Mountainlair. A reception will follow.
At the celebration, all multicultural students who have registered by the deadline will be individually recognized for their academic accomplishments. Participating graduates will receive a cultural stole to wear over their graduation robe during the official commencement ceremonies.
