The WVU Council for Gender Equity, which works to promote the equality of women in the University and local community, is seeking applicants for both full members and affiliate members for 2022-23. Members meet monthly as a full council in addition to serving on at least one committee.
Applications will be accepted through March 31.
The Council membership is composed of faculty, staff, students and community members. Founded in 1977, the Council has upheld a presence throughout a sustaining commitment to the advancement of womxn of WVU.
