The Wednesday (Feb. 23) Monthly Customers’ Group Meeting will review the Time Card and Leave Request systems and the guidelines supervisors need to be aware of when approaching time card cutoffs. Independent contractor determinations and agreements, hospitality guidelines and IT approvals will also be discussed during this meeting.
As part of our continuing efforts to improve customer service for the faculty and staff that we serve, the WVU Shared Services Center invites all members of the WVU community to the monthly Customers’ Group Meeting.
This monthly meeting will provide an opportunity for the Shared Services team to share updates on key initiatives and hear directly from our current and future customers. There is an established agenda each month; however, we will always allow time for your feedback on what we are doing well and opportunities for improvement.
Sessions will be held on the fourth Wednesday of each month and hosted via the Zoom platform.
