The Muslim Student Association, in collaboration with the African Student Association, the Black Student Union at WVU and the WVU Collegiate Chapter of the NAACP, will host a viewing of “Blood Brothers” Wednesday (Feb. 23) from 7-9 p.m. in the Gluck Theatre of the Mountainlair. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
“Blood Brothers” tells the story of the bond and falling out between two iconic figures of the 20th century—Muhammad Ali and Malcolm X. In honor of Black History Month, these organizations invite the campus community to learn more about this extraordinary story of two Black icons, one a superstar athlete and the other an intellectual revolutionary.
All are invited to the viewing.
