IT Help Center with better search tool launches Sunday, bookmarks and web links will change

Information Technology Services has rescheduled replacement of the software behind the self-help tool for Sunday, Jan. 16. The service will be unavailable from 8 a.m. until this work is completed around 1 p.m. that day.

As previously announced, direct links to Service Requests or Knowledge Base articles posted on websites and in other online materials will break when this change is completed. However, the content has already been recreated in the new system and can be located using the search window.

The Help Center in Jira Service Management yields quicker and more accurate search results than the current system, and the look and feel of the new system are simple and streamlined.
