Reminder: Bookmarks, direct web links must change as new IT Help Center launches Sunday

The software behind the IT self-help tool is changing on Sunday, Dec. 19, making it easier to find useful information on your own or submit a request for assistance. However, when this change occurs, bookmarks and direct web links to existing content will cease to function.

Faculty, staff and students will need to use the new IT Help Center to search for Service Requests or Knowledge Base articles. The Help Center works like Google, yielding quicker and more accurate results than the current system. 

Several widely used URLs will be redirected automatically to the appropriate location:

  • wvucard.wvu.edu

  • twofactor.wvu.edu

  • ecampusinfo.wvu.edu

  • slic.wvu.edu
