Be ready to set up your new smartphone for Duo two-factor authentication by printing and securing 10 bypass codes. Select “Print Backup Codes or Add Duo Token” at login.wvu.edu.
These codes are handy if you break, lose, run down the battery or replace the phone you used to set up your Duo Mobile account. Even if you keep your old phone number, you’ll need a one-time bypass code to log in and remove your old device and add a new one.
The ITS Service Desk will close from 8 p.m. Friday through Sunday, Nov. 19 - 21. Over Thanksgiving week, operational hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday and Tuesday. The Service Desk is closed for the University holidays Wednesday, Nov. 24 through Saturday, Nov. 27 and will resume normal hours on Sunday, Nov. 28.
