West Virginia University has launched a new website designed to help introduce students, faculty and staff to the WVU Modernization Program, which will kick off in early 2022.

This multi-year transformational initiative is designed to enhance the overall technology user experience at WVU and ensure we are positioned to become the land-grant university of the future.

The program seeks to overhaul the University’s finance, human resources and student information systems and support WVU’s future success through optimized systems and practices.

The new website provides background on the program and introduces its guiding principles, primary focus areas and desired outcomes. The site also includes FAQs

And while many aspects of the WVU Modernization Program still are in development, the website provides an overview of the program’s 15 foundational projects, which recently were approved by the WVU Board of Governors.
