To accommodate continued construction on the Reynolds Hall project, a portion of the Rail Trail between 4th Street and Hazel Ruby McQuain Park will be closed Nov. 1-7.
During this time, pedestrians and cyclists are asked to use the marked detour in place along Beechurst and University Avenues.
