To help improve health and wellbeing services for WVU employees, approximately 4,500 faculty, staff and graduate assistants were randomly selected to participate in the National Faculty/Staff Health Assessment, created by the American College Health Association.
If you were selected to participate, an invitation should be in your email inbox.
By completing this survey, you will provide critical information on the health risks and needs of our faculty and staff. Those who successfully complete the survey will be entered into a drawing for health and wellbeing prizes.
The survey is open until Nov. 5.
