Encourage students to attend Student Wellness Retreat

Students experiencing mid-semester stress are encouraged to attend the Student Wellness Retreat Oct. 17 at the Mountainlair. Students will have a chance to make new friends, explore wellness resources, do yoga, craft and de-stress during this half-day retreat. Each participant will receive a free lunch and take home a free yoga mat.

Created by WELLWVU, Carruth Center, Campus Recreation, Adventure WV and WVU Dining, the goal of Student Wellness Retreats is to support students in their physical and mental wellbeing during their time at WVU.
