Upcoming opportunities to participate in ‘WVU Culture and Engagement Survey’ focus groups

As part of continuing efforts to promote a positive workplace culture by assessing our strengths and opportunities for improvement, WVU is planning to launch the WVU Culture and Engagement Survey next spring. 

In preparation for the survey’s launch, the Talent and Culture Leadership and Organization Development team is hosting a series of one-hour focus groups (virtual and in-person) throughout the coming weeks with employees to provide them a sneak peak of the new survey and gather feedback on the overall survey experience.

The survey will employ a new tool called Waggl, which is an employee voice platform used for obtaining real-time insights to drive action and alignment around critical topics.

Focus group participants were selected at random and represent a cross-section of colleges, divisions and units. If you are asked to participate in a focus group, you should make every effort to attend.

The LOD team also plans to host several open-invitation focus groups in October. Stay tuned for additional details.
