A mid-semester teaching evaluation is a powerful instructional tool. By giving students a voice in the course, this tool better informs instruction and leads to a more effective and positive learning environment for both instructors and students.
To help WVU students and instructors reap the benefits of such an evaluation, the Teaching and Assessment Faculty Senate Committee developed the Early Semester Teaching Assessment as an optional tool to solicit student feedback.
Presenters include representatives from the Teaching and Assessment Committee, Information and Technology Services, and the Teaching and Learning Commons.
