The Office of Undergraduate Research will hold its 13th Annual Summer Undergraduate Research Symposium Thursday (July 29) beginning at 11 a.m. More than 100 undergraduates who are participating in summer research will present their work and creative endeavors. WVU faculty and staff are invited and encouraged to attend.
The symposium will be a virtual conference experience. RSVP to attend and be sent a reminder and updated information or visit the 2021 Summer Symposium Website. Scheduled times for the day are provided below.
11 a.m. onward: Symposium Launch - Poster presentations available and for a minimum of one week. All are welcome to attend and begin viewing presentations.
Noon to 2 p.m.: Live, Synchronous Oral Presentations - One Zoom link with four different breakout rooms for the four different oral presentation categories. 2-4:30 p.m.: Synchronous Commenting - Poster presenters will monitor and respond to questions and comments posted within their YouTube presentations in real-time. All are welcome to attend.
