WVU announces third round of COVID-19 vaccine verification incentives

West Virginia University continues to give employees and students the opportunity to win prizes for verifying their vaccine with the University. 

Those who complete the vaccine verification process will be automatically entered to win. Each week of the remaining giveaways will be themed in the following ways: Technology Week (July 15-21) and Adventure Week (July 22-28). Detailed announcements of the week’s giveaways will be available each Thursday in UNEWS and ENEWS.

Technology Week prizes include: 

• 1 winner will be selected to receive a MacBook Pro 13” ($1,299) 

• 1 winner will be selected to receive an XBOX Series X console and controller (1 = $759)

To verify your vaccine today and to be entered to win prizes, visit myhousing.wvu.edu. The verification takes around three minutes to complete and makes our campus safer ahead of the fall semester. 

If you’ve already verified, you are automatically enrolled into the program. Winners will be notified via email each Tuesday and have until Wednesday at noon to claim their prize.
