Collegiate Recovery to offer summer Recovery Ally training

The WVU Collegiate Recovery Program will offer one more Recovery Ally training this summer to help the WVU community learn tools to support individuals in recovery from substance use disorders July 7 at 9 a.m. This virtual training is open to all WVU faculty, staff and students.

The hour-long virtual training provides attendees with education to better understand the process of recovery, help confront stigma related to addiction and utilize appropriate language when discussing substance use disorders. Participants will also learn about available resources in Morgantown and best practices to help those in need access services.
