Students can still register for WVU Summer classes, which will be held both in-person and online this year. The Summer Term runs May 17 - Aug. 6 and classes are available in three-, six-, eight-, nine- or 12-week formats, so students can customize a schedule.
Students attending in-person classes will engage in masked and socially-distanced communication, while online students will interact with faculty and peers through discussion boards, wikis, blogs, and more.
If students can’t take classes during WVU Summer, they can still earn up to five credits during Maymester, a new three-week, accelerated, fully-online learning option to be held May 10 - 28. With Maymester, students can get all their credits out of the way by the end of May and have the rest of the summer free.
