Shared Services will host a virtual Salesforce Community Road Shows beginning Monday, April 12, from 3-4 p.m. with additional dates offered.
The WVU Shared Services Center is your one-stop shop for accessing human resources, financial management and sponsored-project financial management services and support.
These sessions will focus on the Salesforce case management platform, which is the technology behind Shared Services, where you can access live assistance by submitting and tracking service requests, interacting with our Customer Care agents via online chat, access frequently asked questions, and share information through a digital library.
