2020 Performance Review discussions may begin this week

Beginning this week, supervisors should proceed with scheduling and conducting performance discussions with their direct reports as part of the 2020 Performance Review process. 

These discussions should take place in a scheduled, one-on-one meeting via Microsoft Teams, Zoom or in person, depending on the supervisor’s/employee’s current work arrangement (on-site, hybrid or remote).  

Supervisors will receive additional information and instructions from Employee Relations on the process. All reviews must be communicated no later than April 21.
