WVU Council for Women's Concerns seeking new members

The WVU Council for Women’s Concerns, which works to promote the equality of all women in the university and local community, is seeking applicants for membership. Applications will be accepted through March 31.

The Council membership is composed of faculty, staff, students and friends, as well as community members. Founded in 1977, the Council has upheld a presence throughout a sustaining commitment to the advancement of women of WVU. 

The Council is currently accepting applications for both full members and affiliate members for 2021-2022. Members meet monthly as a full council in addition to serving on at least one committee.
