Join WVU Industrial Extension’s David Carrick to learn more about process mapping, which visually describes your workflow allowing you to see your operation from a new perspective, tomorrow (March 11) at 11 a.m. Useful from the front office, to the plant floor, to the loading dock, process maps can enhance productivity, improve quality and decrease training times for new employees.
