The LaunchLab, with support from the Office of the Provost, is seeking proposals from faculty at the WVU Morgantown, WVU Institute of Technology and Potomac State College campuses for the fifth cohort of IDEA Faculty Fellows. Applications for the Fellows class of 2021-2023 will be accepted until midnight Sunday (Feb 28).

The Innovation, Design and Entrepreneurship Applied Faculty Fellows Program presents a unique and exciting opportunity for faculty to be directly involved in the creation of curriculum to enhance student skills in innovation, design and entrepreneurship.

As a cohort, the 2021-23 Fellows will work with LaunchLab Executive Director Carrie White in Morgantown and other faculty members to recommend activities and initiatives and serve as cross-campus champions of entrepreneurship education.

Those wishing to apply should submit a letter of interest, CV or resume, letters of support and a proposal of a new course or modification of an existing course to support the goals of the cross-campus entrepreneurship initiative. Proposals will be selected in accordance with alignment to program goals; anticipated number, level and major of the students to be served; and the applicant’s enthusiasm for the program and ability to cooperate with the cohort.
