The Office of Sponsored Programs is now reviewing research-related, non-disclosure agreements and material transfer agreements. Prior to Oct. 1, 2020, the Office of Technology Transfer reviewed research-related NDAs and MTAs. The Office of Technology Transfer remains the initial point-of-contact for all transactions related to the University's intellectual property. In addition, if an NDA or MTA review is currently in progress at OTT, continue to work with OTT on that specific agreement.
