Virtual 'Mindful Steps' series begins today at noon

Led by a team of expert instructors, this free six-week series is designed to assist in developing and maintaining mindful resilience, mental fitness and relaxation. The 'Mindful Steps' series will take place virtually from noon-1 p.m. every Monday through Feb. 15. 

Participants can attend up to six one-hour sessions that offer a variety of simple yet practical tools to be mindful in daily living. Recordings of each week will be available for those unable to attend the live sessions.
