Tara Hulsey, vice president of health promotion and wellness, has announced plans for an employee pulse survey to help identify how the University is meeting wellbeing needs. The survey will open Jan. 5.
Supervisors are asked to encourage faculty and staff on each campus to respond to seven questions aligned with the WVU Wellbeing Wheel, the framework that drives wellness initiatives at the University. WVU is utilizing an employee voice platform developed by Waggl. This software enables the University to obtain real-time insight to drive faster action and alignment around critical issues. A link to the survey will be shared via ENews and social media.
