The first time you log into WVU's Virtual Private Network on or after Tuesday, Dec. 8, you may experience a momentary disruption while your VPN software is updated.

Information Technology Services is updating WVU's version of the VPN to fix bugs and further improve security. The disruption should be only a few seconds, and no action is required. However, if you experience problems, please notify the ITS Service Desk at 304-293-4444.

This change does not affect employees of Health Sciences.
