ITS Service Desk hours reduced over Thanksgiving break, be prepared with Duo backup codes

The ITS Service Desk will close at 5 p.m. Monday and Tuesday (Nov. 23 and 24) and will remain closed Wednesday, Nov. 25 through Sunday, Nov. 29. 

The ITS Service Centers, which provide weekday walk-up support in the Mountainlair and Bennett Tower until 4:30 p.m., also will close for the holiday. ITS will resume normal hours for both services Monday, Nov. 30. 

Look up answers and check for outages at it.wvu.edu/help when the University is closed. You may also leave voicemail at 304-293-4444 or create tickets by emailing ITSHelp@mail.wvu.edu, but these won’t be addressed until we reopen.
