The Office of the Provost is offering an interactive session to clarify the steps for the promotion process for Teaching, Service and Research Faculty from 1-2:30 p.m. March 30 in the Rhododendron Room of the Mountainlair.
"Best Practices for Teaching, Service and Research: Faculty Who Are Preparing for Promotion" will cover what happens at the Provost’s level, the role of Digital Measures, the types of evidence to support an individual's case for promotion, and a review of best practices for preparing materials for annual reviews and/or promotion.
Interested faculty members should register online by March 26.
