McKinsey forecasts artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies will increase economic output by more than $13 trillion by 2030. Company AI/ML adoption and innovation rates are increasing. Determining the best path to protect your AI/ML-based intellectual property (IP) can be complicated. Our guest speaker, Dr. Randy Schoen, will review best practices for legally protecting AI/ML-based technologies, software applications, and their related data. Randy will also cover current worldwide AI/ML patent trends and relevant IP law, in addition to answering any other IP questions the audience may have.
