The Office of Global Affairs and the Center for Veteran, Military and Family Programs, in cooperation with the West Virginia Council of International Programs have been awarded a grant through the Open World Leadership Center, which is sponsored in part by the U.S. Department of State.
The program will host Ukrainian female veterans, who will learn about West Virginia’s support programs and services for veterans.
