The Office of Technology Transfer is pleased to have members of the Office of Sponsored Programs, General Counsel, and the Office of Technology Transfer to present on Agreements: Which Ones to Use and When to Use Them, Feb. 19 from noon to 1 p.m. in Erma Byrd, G01.
Agreements can be complicated and we are here to help. This panel will walk participants through common agreements and when they are needed, as well as answer questions. We will cover Clinical Trial, Sponsored Research, Data Use/Transfer, Non-Disclosure, Material Transfer, and Licensing agreements.
