LGBTQ Safe Zone Trainings will be held on the first Wednesday of each month and Transgender Safe Zone Trainings will be held on the third Wednesday of each month. We also provide trainings per request to classrooms, departments or units - email or call us to arrange one for your group.
All Safe Zone Trainings will be held at the LGBTQ+ Center, unless otherwise noted. All trainings are two hours long and will be held from 10 a.m. to noon.

The LGBTQ+ Center's Safe Zone Trainings provide participants with ways to improve inclusion and equity for LGBTQ+ people and suggests ways to assess and address exclusions. We provide trainings that specifically focus on WVU resources and that address the needs of LGBTQ+ people on campus, and in the community, state and beyond.
