Employees and students on the Morgantown, Beckley and Keyser campuses will be unable to log into any system that requires WVU Login credentials and two-factor authentication 8-9 a.m. Sunday (Jan. 19) during scheduled maintenance on the login service.
If you are already logged into eCampus, Portal, MIX, WVU+kc, Office 365 and other applications when this update begins, you should be able to continue working without disruption. New logins, however, will be delayed.
This planned outage will NOT affect access to wireless networks, shared network drives or your desktop work station. No HSC services will be affected.
If you get a login error message once the Sunday maintenance has been completed, please try to clear your internet browser history, then close and relaunch the browser. This resolves most issues. If you still have problems, contact the Service Desk at 304.293.4444.
