In anticipation of students’ return to campus, the West Virginia University Personal Rapid Transit system will resume operations Friday (Jan. 10). The PRT will operate on a modified schedule Saturday (Jan. 11) and Tuesday, Jan. 14, to provide transportation for WVU men’s basketball games.
The PRT will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11, and from 6:30 a.m. to midnight on Tuesday, Jan. 14. View the full PRT schedule to see all days with modified hours.
Normal PRT operating hours are from 6:30 a.m. to 10:15 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays. The PRT is closed on Sunday. Students, faculty and staff can ride for free with their WVU ID. The general public pays only 50 cents per trip.
