The WVCTSI Research Scholar Program is a competitive program designed to assist in the development of clinical and/or translational investigators with the desired outcomes of peer-reviewed publications and mentor-sponsored (e.g. NIH K-type) and independent federal (e.g. NIH R-type) research awards. Candidates will be eligible for two years of up to 50 percent protected time with salary support and additional research and travel funds. The Intent to Apply deadline for the WVCTSI Research Scholar Program is Dec. 20.
