Faculty are asked to encourage their undergraduate researchers to submit abstracts for poster presentation to the 17th annual WV Undergraduate Research Day at the Capitol event to be held on Feb. 7, 2020 at the Capitol Building, Charleston. This event will familiarize state legislators with research and creative activities involving undergraduate students that occur on campuses across the state. Abstracts should be submitted before midnight on Nov. 1. Abstracts are accepted from a wide range of subjects, including the sciences, arts, social sciences and humanities. If selected, attendance is free and transportation to/from the Capitol from WVU will be provided by the Office of Undergraduate Research.
