As part of our continuing efforts to create a great customer experience for students, faculty and staff, WVU Dining Services is excited to announce several new dining plan options for faculty and staff.
The plans are available to all full-time, benefits-eligible employees located at our Morgantown and divisional campuses (WVU Institute of Technology and WVU Potomac State College).
The faculty and staff dining plans offer great value, flexibility and convenience for faculty and staff who prefer to dine on campus. Further, with multiple dining locations and convenient hours, the plans make it easy to grab a bite and connect with colleagues and students – all while saving money at the same time.
Faculty and staff dining plan options include:
Faculty and Staff 25: 25 meals at $150 (including tax)
Faculty and Staff 50: 50 meals at $275 (including tax)
Faculty and Staff 50+: 50 meals at $375 with $100 in Dining Dollars* (including tax)
If you are based in Morgantown, faculty and staff dining plans may be used at any of our residential dining locations, which include:
Faculty and staff dining plans also may be used at the Bears Den at WVU Institute of Technology and The Commons at WVU Potomac State College.
* Note: Dining Dollars may be used in residential dining locations on all campuses. Dining Dollars also may be used in all WVU Dining Services coffee shops, quick-service restaurants, the Mountainlair Food Court, Evansdale Crossing and The Market @ WVU. Faculty and staff also may use their Dining Dollars to order food at select on-campus locations through Grubhub.
Plans may be purchased at any time and will be added to your WVU ID card, which you can swipe at dining locations to use your plan. Your card will work for both meal swipes and Dining Dollars. All meal swipes will roll over from year to year.
Visit the Dining Services website to purchase a dining plan, read FAQs or for more information. Payments may be made by credit/debit card or check. The option to pay through payroll deduction is expected to be available later this fall.
The special $8 meal offer for faculty and staff will continue to be available until the end of the semester.
