Join the fall fitness swim program

Swim Program

Dive into the Fitness Swim Program at the Student Recreation Center. Swimmers of all experience levels who have a Student Recreation Center membership are invited to improve swimming skills and learn new techniques. During each practice, coaches lead workouts highlighting various drills and stroke techniques to improve time, form and confidence in the water. The Fitness Swimming Program will be held on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays at 5:30-7 p.m. through Dec.15; participants can choose which practices they attend—perfect for anyone with a busy schedule.
