Stop in to sing with the West Virginia Community Choir during our Fall Term starting Aug. 26 at 7 p.m. at the WVU Creative Arts Center. The first-day trial — with light refreshments — is free, and offers a great opportunity to warm up your vocal cords and experience the camaraderie of singing with others. Open to WVU students and staff, and adult and senior community members throughout the greater Morgantown area. Under the direction of professor Kym Scott, the WVCC regularly meets for rehearsal, at the Creative Arts Center on Evansdale Dr., on Monday evenings, starting at 7, and offers several performance opportunities throughout each term.
